We are seeking a creative & organized Product Development Manager to work directly with our Founder and Creator to take products from concept to market.
We are a small, high energy team with 2 fast growing beauty brands that value positive and energetic do'ers! We work hard every day to make the best most innovative products in the industry.
We need somebody with in-depth experience in development of both color cosmetics and skincare products (both packaging and formula) and other beauty categories, to join our fast growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with leadership to manage & execute on all project phases, creating and monitoring project timelines and milestones
- Source product and packaging development including formulation, components, box art
- Brief suppliers on specs and pricing to bring the products to market
- Request formula, marketing sample and technical information from various suppliers, ensuring quality at every stage
- Create Bill of Materials and COG
- Request, create and file regulatory documentation
- Manage all sourcing of Global influencer programme, including the management of suppliers & the rolling monthly timeline
- Manage the tasks & weekly workload for UK designers
- Coordinate the completion of all trade marketing briefs
Qualifications
Must have (3+) years of experience in a skincare /color cosmetics product development role
Must be great at finding solutions
Must thrive in a high energy fast moving environment
Must be proficient (and fast) in Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint, and graphics programs a big bonus)
Must be a great multi tasker, and a great executor
Must be a fast learner
Must be detailed-oriented this role is responsible for reporting
Must feel comfortable being driven by deadlines with a high sense of urgency
