Product Support & Development Manager
£45K-£49K, permanent
Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week from the London office
Memcom Recruitment is looking for a talented individual with knowledge of consumer insights and educational product development within the adult-learning and qualifications field.
As one of two newly created Product Support and Development Managers, you will work closely with a team of Product Managers to support the development of product strategies to meet member retention, engagement and growth targets for a leading, growing professional body.
These roles will allow you to share market insights to help drive growth strategies for a portfolio of qualifications products and services, working closely with colleagues to identify and maximise market opportunities, and inform the development of value propositions.
You’ll maintain current market, customer and product knowledge and coordinate insights to ensure the products continue to be market-leading, and you’ll also use these insight to help identify opportunities for increasing market share.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in course, qualification or new product development and an understanding of how to conduct customer insights. You’ll be adept at complex project management, and have familiarity with professional associations, trade or education bodies.
