Reporting to the Project Manager, you will form as part of our Global Business Development Team, within our Research and Development function. You will be responsible for driving product and technology development in key projects, improving existing designs and resolving manufacturing or quality issues. Drive product and technology development streams in various projects Deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets Plan, organise and safely execute product line trials with development and production teams providing leadership and guidance Participate in product trials at customer facilities Manage projects – end-to-end and in close collaboration with our Commercial and Supply Chain functions Evidence of sound scientific and technical knowledge Examples of successfully managed innovation projects (product launches) Scientific principle and practice: If you are interested in joining Devro, now part of the wider SARIA Food & Pharma group, then we would love to hear from you.
