Alongside a competitive salary, the business offers a generous pension scheme, life assurance, private medical plus many other benefits. You will work a 40-hour week 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to completion. Putting business cases forward for new products, improvements, and business ventures. Developing core messaging and positioning of product. Liaising between various departments including Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Production. Working with the marketing team to guide the positioning of the product through traditional sales techniques, marketing & point of sale material and digital platforms. Monitoring competitor activity and conducting market research. Recommending product pricing strategy. Being the voice of the customer within the business. Becoming the product expert and promoting this internally and to customers. The key skills required for the Product Manager will be: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Design, Engineering or similar. Considerable experience within product management. Demonstrable experience of defining and launching products. Knowledge of working with consumer products, preferably interior, home appliance or lifestyle products. Confident and articulate presenter.
