Job Description:

Digital Experiences Platforms team currently seeks a technology-centric and digital commerce product manager to drive further market activations, release of features, and business growth, while planning for the long term in the context of both Mars Digital Growth and Digital Core agendas.


What are we looking for?

  • Experience of digital commerce product or platform management experience
  • Track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and structured thinking with the ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and change approach based on needs,
  • Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a broader audience,
  • Growth mindset with willingness to learn from mistake, self-awareness and embrace challenges and the ability to ideate, negotiate and influence, of agile methodology principles (SCRUM preferred) experience is a plus.
  • Dynamics 365 knowledge and experience is a plus.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Commerce Product Manager responsibilities involve leading and managing the development and optimization of commerce operations. Key duties include:
  • the Mars BOX e-commerce platform (including Shopify+, D365 ERP system and its MuleSoft integrations to downstream systems such as Parcel lab, OMS, WMS, Client Care, and 1NAV) and its order-to-cash flow process (which involves supply, finance, and Tech)
  • for the complete lifecycle of user stories in the BOX platform for developing and managing new capabilities.
  • and manage the integration and operation of payment systems (e.g., Ayden, Stripe) to ensure seamless transaction processing, security, and compliance.
  • as the group Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital payment solutions (Ayden), providing insights and guidance on payment technology trends, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure the organization's payment systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
  • and track the product roadmap from concept to launch, including testing phases, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and milestones.
  • multiple cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with them to consolidate business requirements and inputs from subject matter experts to support and shape the product vision and roadmap.
  • features and manage resources of technical partners.
  • workshops with business and technology teams as relevant to meet the objectives of the platform.
  • and measure key product success metrics (KPIs) for the product to improve performance and meet customer needs.
  • program status, KPIs, investment benefits, and outcomes to all key stakeholders periodically.
