Product Manager – Ecommerce – Customer Journey – London – £75,000
Product Manager is required by a Global Digital retailer to lead a small team responsible for the customer experience within a dedicated Digital product.
This is a permanent opportunity offering flexible hybrid working with 1 day per week in the office, it is paying between £70,000 – £75,000.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Product Manager with experience across retail websites focussing on the customer journey. You are required to have large E-commerce/retail sector experience for this position. You will be responsible for line managing a small team so experience in this area is a requirement.
We will be looking for an experienced Product Manager who has previously taken ownership of a product end to end, who is used to looking at strategic and commercial opportunities, as well as prioritising roadmaps and line managing Product Owners and BAs. This role focuses on customer interaction, UX and booking journeys with E-commerce experience, so we need someone with a passion in that arena.

1. Product Managers with experience working on a website that sells things (E-commerce)
2. Some Line management experience
3. Experience working in a similar global and recognisable business
