Product Manager - Electric Vehicles - Hybrid - Oxfordshire - £35k to £45k
Our client, a leading Electric Vehicle (EV) company based in Oxfordshire, is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join their team. Specialising in EV development and technologies, they are at the forefront of driving innovation in the automotive industry.
The role focuses on delivering compelling business cases to enhance vehicle development from a commercial standpoint, closely aligning with Engineering & Operations. They are seeking a commercially astute individual with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for automotive technology.
Product Manager
£35k to £45k
Hybrid WFH (2-3 Days Per Week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present business cases to enhance vehicle development, ensuring alignment with Engineering & Operations.
- Drive commercial strategy to optimize the performance and profitability of EV products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the EV market.
- Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing product expertise and guidance.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong commercial acumen, with proven experience in a similar role.
- Passion or interest in EVs and automotive technology.
- An engineering background is advantageous but not essential.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective plans.
- Previous product management experience is preferred.
