About the role:

As the Product Marketing Manager for MetaMask, you report to the Lead Product Marketing Manager who reports to the Chief marketing officer of ConsenSys.

You are responsible for the planning, development, and execution of MetaMask product marketing initiatives, as well as the marketing activities of related products such as Swaps, Onramp, Snaps. This includes market and competitive analysis, client case studies, product positioning, key product benefits, and messaging. You also work directly with the design team to build creative content and marketing assets.

Your role is intensely cross-functional, as you work closely with product teams and other marketing colleagues in order to develop and implement go-to-market plans. You coordinate with our awesome team of developers, designers, product people, etc. to make sure we have everything we need to present our products the best way possible to our users. This could be for an initial product launch, iterative feature upgrades, or the general MetaMask brand. 

Each new feature or product needs clear descriptive messaging both directly in the website and in accompanying off-website material. We utilize the major social media platforms, a dedicated blog, community site, and the global suite of ConsenSys products to broadcast new messages to our users. If you love getting the message out to a passionate audience across the globe, we would love to hear from you. 

In order to provide the best product we need to know what other products our customers may be interested in. You are the eyes and ears following the competitive space around our product, using this analysis to influence our communications and positioning across all our efforts. It is also critical to understand our product at a deep level. For the PMM, this means being in our product analytics suites understanding what content our users find most helpful, knowing where people typically drop off our website, what upgrades our customers are getting the most value from, and much more. The better you understand the product, the more successful you will be.

Job requirements:

We are growing insanely fast so this means you are going to contribute significantly to product marketing responsibilities and direction. We believe you’ll be most successful if you have a first experience in product marketing or digital marketing in the consumer technology space. You have a track record of outstanding achievements.

We mainly want you to be an excellent communicator, a supportive team member, and someone who simply wants to do a great job. You get big bonus points if you have worked on a crypto or blockchain project.
