Marketing Product Strategist
Edinburgh City Centre (4 days onsite)
£52,000 - £62,000 plus generous benefits

As a Marketing Product Strategist, you’ll sit within the loyalty and retention team and be responsible for aligning their product strategy with the overall commercial goals. In addition, you’ll ensure that all marketing and communication activity is on brand and delivered with specific commercial goals in mind. You’ll also be responsible for analysing data to understand how effective each campaign/product is performing as well as enhancing customer loyalty.
You’ll be tasked with:
- Developing and leading the strategic direction for various products and services aligned to retaining customers
- Managing and optimising the customer journey and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Overseeing the budget and ensuring that products are streamlined
- Implementing a data-driven approach to continuously improve product offering through testing and learning
- Working with internal stakeholders at all levels within a business
To be considered for the role, you will have
- Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Strategy, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic marketing or product marketing roles
- Experience in loyalty, retention, or e-commerce data analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing multimillion-pound budgets
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and managing C-suite stakeholders
