We are looking for a skilled Data Product Owner for Safer Gambling, you will be working with a talented development team and responsible for our Data Engineering and BI product backlog and responsible for product vision, roadmap and relevant metrics and secure the delivery of key initiatives and data product offerings within player sustainability.

The position involves a high level of responsibility and requires commitment, integrity, and ability to interact and collaborate with colleagues across Kindred group. What you will do

• Lead a diverse global team focused on Data Engineering and BI Product.
• Ensure transparency and understanding of the team backlog.

• Identify and manage cross team dependencies to prevent impediments and strengthen collaboration.

• Oversee support for digital products within team scope.
• Contribute to data strategy and digital product vision.
• Identify and address strategic data initiatives.
• Support the group's common architecture and technology goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and compliance teams and help build industry leading solutions in the Safer Gamblingarea.

• Define business and technical requirements, which are then translated into workable epics and user stories.
• Ensure product adherence to compliance standards together with stakeholders.

An excellent communicator with prior experience managing a variety of stakeholders. Is willing to learn and adapt quicky in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively with the teams. • Proven experience as a Data Product Owner or working with Data.
• Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
• A solid track record of addressing customer needs using technology and relies on decision making based on data.
• Experience using SQL and tools such as Power BI, Qlik sense.
• Experience working in a quick moving, demanding environment.
• Experience from working in the online gambling industry is an advantage.
