Salary:

Bristol: £52,245 - £58,050

London: £61,911- £68,790

About the team

We're the Data Transfer and Management Services (DTMS) Lab building and managing the future centralised digital nervous system, using the power of our existing batch technologies centred on IBM's Infosphere DataStage stack, alongside our emerging cloud strategy and streaming analytics capability to get closer to our customers. All this is underpinned by excellent Data Management delivery through the latest industry tooling and strong governance practises.

This will be the backbone of our Event data processing hub. Our goal is, within the confines of strong governance, to democratise Lloyds Bank's dataset. We're currently supporting 1'000's of processes across the Bank, acting as the Enterprise Data Integration and Management function within the Bank for Retail, Risk, Fraud, Customer insight, Commercial and Corporate.

The next phase of our transformation is moving more into streaming of data and cloud technologies underpinned again through Data Management tools and techniques to meet data

Our team is looking for a hardworking and adaptable Team Product Owner, with a growth mind-set and a dedication to product leadership, developing strategy and driving the direction of a service/product. As a key member of our agile development community, you'll evolve our data capabilities whilst embracing the best industry standards.

  • Strong experience in working with Data products and services as a Product Owner.

  • Able to contribute to defining objectives to continuously improve and measure metrics.

  • Ability to adopt new ways of working and finding a way to incorporate agile practices.

  • Ability to define, deliver, and adapt specialized products/services to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.

  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholders to regularly communicate updates and issues, and ensure stakeholder signoff.
