Join us as we work towards our vision of safer, better healthcare for all.What You Will Do: Working alongside the Optima Product Management team, including the Regional Product Managers, the Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding our Workforce Management solution. They will be responsible for ensuring the needs of our markets, specifically UK and Europe, are well articulated and well represented within the greater Optima Product Management function. The Product Specialist will be required to capture customer requirements, identify beneficial new functionality, as well as offering ideas for new product features. The role will involve close working with multiple Product Managers and all Directors of Product Management. This role also requires individuals to interact effectively with customers – both in the UK and Europe – demonstrating the capability to build positive customer relationships that can translate into requirements for feature development. Therefore, there is a need to build collaborative relationships within the customer organizations. The role will also require work with client projects including but not limited to initial engagement, options appraisal, test strategy, training, activation system and go live criteria.National and International travel will be required for this roleKey Responsibilities Product roadmap contribution: Analyse customers, competitors, and broader market trends to inform recommendations for product development Define product feature requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Track and report on product roadmap delivery progress Improve the measurement of customer adoption and return on investment Define product roadmap concepts for consideration as part of annual planning process Requirement to articulate and escalate any identified risks/issues and the associated impact to the product roadmap, ROI, reputation, or customer experience to the relevant internal stakeholders Collaboration: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the overall achievement of product objectives, including product launch and marketing activities Determine product vision, positioning, and strategic direction Identify new opportunities, service improvements, and cost reductions Commercial Contribute to the determination of pricing and profitability of products Support Sales and Professional Services teams with customer engagements Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need: Highly organised Driven by outcomes Highly numerate Strong customer engagement skills Strong product/solution knowledge Passionate about collaboration (internal and external) Able to prioritise Experience working in an agile software development approach (ideal) Experience in requirements gathering (ideal) Motivated to learn new skills Is a quick study – able to come up to speed quickly and accurately Moderate to strong presentation skills Moderate to strong analytical skills Comfortable with external engagement (customers, partners) Ability to work autonomously RLDatix offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, a generous retirement savings plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
