Location: Immingham Plant

Salary: £47,580 + 10% Bonus (Salary may vary based on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Production Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Immingham Plant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving our production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyse and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and interpret data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to health and safety guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, maintenance personnel, and other engineers to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Open to recent graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process engineering principles, and data analysis tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
