The Best Connection West Bromwich are currently recruiting for various Skilled Production Operatives to join our clients fantastic automotive manufacturing company based within the heart of Wednesbury.Pay: £12.36 per hour.Hours: 07:00 – 15:30 Monday to Thursday & 07:00 – 13:00 Friday. Overtime is available.CV required before starting this role.You will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be trained up within various departments to learn the whole process. Please see main duties below.Daily duties include:Working within a manufacturing environment remanufacturing various car parts.You will be breaking down the parts, refurbishing and cleaning parts, rebuilding the finished part.Quality inspection.Working with paperwork / drawings.Using hand/power tools.Operating machines.Hands on role, building rebuilding parts.Over time you will be trained on various sections.What qualities we are looking for:Good work ethic.Flexible to work in various departments.Punctual and good attendance.Able to work under pressure.Good communication skills.Team player.Benefits of working for The Best Connection:28 days paid holiday entitlement.Good rates of pay.Potential temp to perm position.Pensions.Insurance for staff.The role will start on a temporary basis but could lead to a permanent position with a pay increase for the right candidate.
