Due to the continued expansion of the agency, we are looking for a Production Manager to join us. The main purpose of the role is to help specify, procure, and manage the delivery of all production services for event and exhibition projects. They will work closely with the wider business teams from early concept stages through to on site management to ensure that we deliver the creative vision to the highest standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pitches by providing production and technical solutions and related costs
- Providing detailed briefings to the supply chain on material specifications and technical equipment requirements.
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Account Manager to create detailed project timelines , schedules and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensuring that best value is negotiated with suppliers and budgets are adhered to.
- Attending client meetings to present production and technical information and to oversee the creation of design concepts and technical drawings.
The ideal candidate will be solutions focused with a high attention to detail and a real passion for high quality project delivery. You'll have an agency background and be used to working both autonomously and as part of a larger team depending on the project size and complexity. As well as having a strong understanding of scenic manufacturing processes and technical production for events and exhibitions, you'll also be able to write health & safety plans and RAMS and manage suppliers on site.
