Responsibilities:

We are one of the three landing gear maintenance facilities within the LHT network, situated close to Heathrow airport. The 13,400 square meter shop is fully equipped with machinery for all aircraft undercarriage related work, including machining, bush manufacturing, and plating shops, and is capable of accommodating any common landing gear type.

Minimum Requirements:
- Degree relatable to engineering; or
- HNC/HND (or equivalent) preferably in an engineering or aircraft maintenance discipline; or
- A management or business qualification; or
- Demonstrable equivalent experience leading technical teams.
- Evidence of people management experience within an operational, unionised environment.
- Proven experience in performance management.
- Coached and identified development areas for self and teams.
- Broad-based knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience in budgetary issues, business measures, report, and business case writing skills.
- Must possess a legal work permit in the UK.
