The Role
You will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of rolling stock, ensuring the timely delivery of services in line with customer agreements. Working a rotating shift pattern (12-hour days, 11-hour nights), you'll manage teams of supervisors and technicians, focusing on safety, performance, and employee development.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring operational targets are met.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations effectively.
- Promote health and safety compliance and foster a high-performance culture.
- Support and develop team members, championing their career growth.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience in production or engineering management.
- Must have background in rolling stock
- Ability to manage teams and ensure operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
