Alexander Steele continue to work in partnership with this market leading Food Manufacturer based in Hertfordshire who are currently expanding their team due to a large growth in sales.
Due to the ongoing success & significant investment, the business now requires a high performing Production professional to join the senior management team as a Production Night Shift Manager, salary is up to £50k and this role will operate on a permanent nights basis.
You will be responsible to work 40hrs p/w starting ideally around 7pm but for the right individual you will be given a high degree of flexibility on how you complete your working hours, whether that is doing 4 x 10hrs a week or 5 x 8hrs per week.
You will have will full oversight of the whole of Production when on shift and will report into the Head of Operations.

- You must have a high level of people management experience within Production or Operations within Food Manufacturing, this is a must have.
- Knowledge of driving & implementing a C.I/Lean culture
