Job Description

Belman Technologies is a leading supplier of Design & Engineering services to the Automotive, Motorsport and High Precision Engineering sectors.

As the Production Office Assistant you will be based in our Milton Keynes office providing a key role in supporting the administration and support for our production office team and Directors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generation of production job cards and associated documents
  • Uploading of customer Drawings and CAD files to the server
  • Creating new customer orders onto our Epicor ERP System
  • Sending of customer order acknowledgements
  • Receiving incoming calls from customers and suppliers
  • Overseeing the company Quotes, General and Careers email inboxes
  • Recording & uploading of supplier delivery notes

Successful applicants will need to show previous experience working in a production office environment, experience within Motorsport or Automotive would be desirable.

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within a Production / Design Office
  • Self-Driven with excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise efficiently
  • High attention to detail, enthusiastic and reliable
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
