Belman Technologies is a leading supplier of Design & Engineering services to the Automotive, Motorsport and High Precision Engineering sectors.
As the Production Office Assistant you will be based in our Milton Keynes office providing a key role in supporting the administration and support for our production office team and Directors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generation of production job cards and associated documents
- Uploading of customer Drawings and CAD files to the server
- Creating new customer orders onto our Epicor ERP System
- Sending of customer order acknowledgements
- Receiving incoming calls from customers and suppliers
- Overseeing the company Quotes, General and Careers email inboxes
- Recording & uploading of supplier delivery notes
Successful applicants will need to show previous experience working in a production office environment, experience within Motorsport or Automotive would be desirable.
Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience within a Production / Design Office
- Self-Driven with excellent customer care and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise efficiently
- High attention to detail, enthusiastic and reliable
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
