We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join our thriving butchery business. You will work alongside skilled butchers and will play a vital role in our production team contributing to the preparation, processing, and packaging of high-quality meat products in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on role where there will be a chance to develop your skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Packaging of meat products
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production area
- Assisting in movement of packages
- Additional tasks as and when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience of working in a food production environment is desirable, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role, which involves being on your feet all day
- Understanding of manual handling and health & safety rules and regulations is desirable

Work Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 6am-3.30pm, Saturday: 6am-12pm (6 shifts)
- You will work 5 out of these 6 shifts per week
- You will have one day off Mon-Sat, and we are always closed on Sundays
- Average hours: 42.6 hours per week worked over your 5 shifts on weekly rotation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.05 per hour
