Production & Process Operators required for a well renowned and well established producer who operate from multiple sites across the UK. They offer extensive training and development opportunities.
The role would suit applicants from ANY production background who has experience working within a automated production facility. Operators will ideally have experience working within a highly automated site and be able to fix minor issues. Candidates from a FMCG production background will have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply.
The role will primarily involve running the production process equipment although this is heavy automated facility you will need to keep a watch full eye and make sure no issues arise. You will be required to maintain high standards of production and make sure all hygiene procedures are followed.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a large facility that offers extensive training. They also offer career progression to more senior roles for the successful individual.
The Role:
*Working in a fast-paced production area
*Preparing production area
*Carrying out hygiene and general cleaning duties as required
*Carrying out light maintenance /repair
*Accurately completing production records
*Manual handling
*Rotating Continental Shift Pattern
The Person:
*Must have previous experience as a production operative
*Can transfer from ANY industrial/manufacturing/FMCG background
*Ideally experienced within automated production environment
*Hands on and willingness to get assist with any issues
