As this company grow and evolve, so is their work force. To ensure success they are looking to add a Production Support Engineer to their thriving work-force.
While the general day will be hugely varied, the main responsibilities of the Production Quality Engineer will be to:
• Managing the product from first line through to meeting customer expectations
• Manage the departments policies and procedures
• Work closely with other departments to improve products, resolve issues and minimise waste/non-conformities
• Ensure the positive and cohesive culture is retained
We would be delighted to hear from any improvement and quality focused individual's, with a manufacturing/engineering background, that:
• Are able to implement Quality and Lean manufacturing tools and methodology (8D or Root Cause Analysis or 5y's and Six Sigma or 5s)
• Must have a mechanical mindset and be an active problem solver
• Work across all business and customer levels to ensure success
• Have experience in Process Management
• Areh happy to travel around the country and abroad
• Possess a reliable mode of transport
In return the Production Quality Engineer will be offered:
• A salary of £42k p/a depending on experience
• Mon - Thurs 08:00am -16:45pm & 15:30pm finish on a Friday!
• 25 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays
