Food Manufacturing
Central Belt, Scotland
£44,000 - £46,000 + Bonus & Private Healthcare.
Tuesday – Saturday, PM Shift.

It’s a good time to join one of the largest food manufacturing sites in Scotland as they embark on a journey of cultural change, moving from an old-school volume mindset into a culture of employee engagement, strict processes and quality at the heart of everything they do. You’ll manage a department of roughly 100 and alongside developing the team, you’ll look to drive improvements through use of CI tools and techniques.
