As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health & safety is adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and KPIs.
- Implement and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production management role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Our client is offering a competitive salary in the range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
