The business is going through a new phase of growth and this will be an exciting opportunity for the right Shift Manager to make a huge impact on site Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team Shift Structure: 4 on 4 off (days) This is an exciting opportunity for established Production Shift Managers to step up in a thriving business where ambition is valued, and progression is rewarded.
