Automotive Production SupervisorLocation: Bayton Road (Exhall)Are you an experienced professional in the automotive industry looking for a supervisory role?Responsibilities:Supervise and oversee automotive production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Conduct inspections using various tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.Identify defects and non-conformities, ensuring high attention to detail.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Work in shifts and overtime as needed.Work Schedule:3-week shift rotation:AM: 06:00 - 14:00PM: 14:00 - 22:00Night: 22:00 - 06:00Job Type: Full-timePay: £13.50 - £15.00 per hourRequirements:Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position.Solid understanding of automotive production processes, quality standards, and inspection techniques.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Proficiency in using various inspection tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.Valid driving license required
