Thursday 7.30am

4pm and Friday 7.30am

33 days holiday, enhanced pension, company bonus, share options, life and health insurance, opportunities for further personal & professional development / training, employee assistance program Established over 90 years ago, our client who are a leading and well renowned Electro-Mechanical Manufacturer dealing within the Avionics and Defence sectors are seeking a Production Team Leader on a Permanent basis who will be responsible for the supervision, organisation, control and general leadership of the team within the production department. Working alongside 3 other Team Leaders, you will have direct responsibility for between 5 - 10 staff. This is a hands-on role where you will be undertaking standard assembly, test and inspection functions also. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with managers, engineers, regarding build processes Liaising with the Production Manager to ensure the Production runs smoothly Maintain accurate records of absence, holidays, and sickness Assist with training of the Production Team Build new company products as well as be part of the refurbishment of serviceable parts Effectively manage the workload of the team, ensuring accurate job allocation To promote and support Business and Continuous Improvement schemes The successful applicant will possess: Previous supervisory / team leader experience within a Electronics capacity Self-motivation, reliable, trustworthy and conscientious approach to work Flexibility and willingness to undertake various responsibilities A formal electronics qualification would be advantageous In return you will receive: Excellent starting salary 33 days holiday Annual performance and salary review Enhanced pension Company bonus Share options Life and health insurance Opportunities for further personal & professional development / training, employee assistance program For more information about this brilliant opportunity please contact our Recruitment Team on 01202 686000 or send your CV.
