As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while maintaining the highest quality standards.Your Responsibilities:Support the delivery of top-tier 4R services for advanced battery packs.Gain expertise in the techniques, tools, and materials required to repair EV batteries according to manufacturer standards.Perform diagnostic tests to swiftly identify issues and collaborate with our engineering team on root cause analysis and innovative solutions.Assist in R&D activities across multiple clients, contributing to the future of automotive technology.Operate and maintain a variety of specialised tools and electrical testing equipment.Accurately document all work performed, ensuring precise records of time, materials, and processes via our proprietary software.Contribute to a safe and compliant production environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.Manage stock levels efficiently to guarantee timely ordering of parts and equipment.What We’re Looking For:Experience in automotive environments is preferred but other backgrounds are encouraged to apply.A solid understanding of production procedures, particularly in health and safety.A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality—always aiming to get it right the first time.The ability to work flexibly and meet both internal and external deadlines.A proactive approach to continuous improvement and resource optimisation.Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?At Cox Automotive's EV Battery Solutions, you’ll be at the cutting edge of the automotive revolution.
