We are working to establish a robust and high performing Central Portfolio office and a dedicated PMO delivery function that will be world-class. The PMO team will oversee the full project life cycle and work closely with the Strategy & Architecture teams to align to the strategic goals of Sanctuary Group. PMO Delivery Manager We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Delivery Manager, responsible for managing the development and improvement of the PMO Delivery capability within the Central Technology Portfolio Office, and to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality programmes or projects are consistently achieved. The role of PMO Delivery Manager will include: Managing the development of delivery focused PMO capability Responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of assurance, governance, quality management, risk management, supplier management, change management and reporting, as well as overseeing the successful running of the resourcing calendar for all portfolios and projects. Overseeing the provision of high-quality management information to all stakeholders for all programme or project progress and issues to support ongoing operational planning and delivery including benefits tracking Identifying and providing recommendations for continuous improvement of PMO, Establishing standardised PMO processes Comprehensive experience of managing Project Management Office services for a variety of concurrent medium to large scale projects/portfolios, with an understanding of a full project life cycle and all roles within the PMO Comprehensive experience in mapping processes and building tools to support PMO activities and deliver business needs, including reviewing and improving Proven experience in working with others to effectively deliver projects, including indirect reports and third party suppliers Proven experience of managing staff, liaising with senior stakeholders and relationship building They believe in building relationships with their customers through trust & openness - with the customer at the heart of all their decisions – another wonderful company to work alongside WRK digital with shared values and ambition!
