Program Manager Starknet Job In London

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage multiple Starknet projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
3. Keep staffing records up to date for current and future initiatives.
4. Serve as the primary contact and manage the relationship and communication with clients and all stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to their satisfaction and expectations.
5. Collaborate with the group business and technical leadership and to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and business development.
7. Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
8. Develop risk management plans and conduct regular project risk assessments.
9. Help teams prioritize their backlog and lead the product roadmap initiative while working closely with clients and stakeholders.
10. Ensure project management and programming craft best practices are followed in the teams by being an example to follow.
11. Manage up to ensure the relevant people are always informed about key activities and developments in teams & projects.
12. Lead and manage the hiring & staffing process effectively to meet the teams strategic goals.
13. Maintain and manage projects financials for past, current, and future initiatives.
14. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Starknet and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
15. Collaborate with the business development (bizdev) team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
16. Assist in the preparation of pre-sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
17. Contribute to the company's project management best practices and PMO department.

Skills:

4. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies & best practices.
5. Knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle and software architecture.
6. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, and Layer 2 solutions, specifically Starknet.
7. Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology field.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
9. Strong analytical, reporting, and budgeting skills.
10. Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
11. Experience in a sales or business development role within the technology sector.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in blockchain.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and other blockchain use cases.

Nice to have:

• Experience with smart contract development and blockchain protocol implementation.
• Understanding of Starknet and its roadmap.
• Understanding of ZK-Rollups and L2s.
