Job Title: Programme Lead

Location: Manchester

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Job summary:

The role of Programme Lead in the Northwest is to be the key link between the delivery team and the client services team with the aim of supporting the timely progression of learners and apprentices through their employer sponsored programme.

This role reports into the Head of Tutors and Resourcing. 

Duties and responsibilities to include:

·        Support on the creation for study planners for new apprentices starting their learning journey.

·        Advise Head of Tutors and Resourcing on capacity planning to ensure our programme scheduling aligns with both client needs and meets expected demand.

·        Have and maintain in depth knowledge of pathways for future and existing intakes.

·        Communication of course date changes and updates to all stakeholders and delivery teams.

·        Monitor the progression of learners along their pathway.

·        Management of guidance on pathway adjustments and ongoing course bookings for apprenticeship programmes.

·        Assist CRMs and coaches with advising on more complex pathway options and programme re-planning, and additional tutor support for learners who need this.

·        Supporting the ongoing review of resource requirements for the delivery of courses and marking of mock exams through close monitoring of learner volumes and pathways.

·        Liaising where necessary with wider internal stakeholders where support is required with national clients.

·        Supporting additional work as reasonably required by management from time to time.  This list is not exhaustive.

Qualifications and skills:

Essential:

·        Experience of delivering high quality programme management and client service.

·        Experience of working on employer-led programmes within professional or higher education.

·        Effective communication and team-working abilities.

·        Detail-orientated skills and problem-solving attitude.

·        Strong organisational and time management skills.

·        A positive and solution focused attitude to work.

·        Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.

Desirable:

·        Experience in the commercial education industry and/or the accountancy and finance sector.

·        Experience of working in cross-functional groups or project teams with a variety of commercial and educational staff.

Knowledge of accountancy qualifications and apprenticeship standards.
