Morgan McKinley are pleased to be supporting our long standing client with their search for a finance transformation programme manager.
Role responsibility
• Supporting the development and integration of the new Finance systems, working closely with the BAU Finance team, the chosen implementation partner.
• Providing appropriate challenge and support to the Financial Control, Financial Operations, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement and Third Party Management teams on business requirements, process design and efficiency improvements.
• Providing Project Management skills and expertise to Finance, Change and IT teams to support the specification, scheduling, design and development of end requirements.
• Development of future systems functionality and processes across the full Finance estate, including system implementation and process redesigns, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define detailed project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements within Finance and accounting more generally.
• Preferred understanding of Finance ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
