About the role: Promote the programme with service users and generate good levels of participationImplement and manage systems for the exchange of sensitive information, data and intelligenceProvide promotion, training and coaching to partnership agencies to enable effective joint workingPrepare and deliver Group Interventions including Foundations of RehabilitationDevelop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholdersSupport individuals to address their offending and anti-social behaviour and develop positive alternativesAbout you:Experience of working in health and social care, ideally within a criminal justice settingHave a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and RecoveryBe an excellent communicator, both verbal and written with good IT skillsAbility to deliver group and training interventions to Service UsersProactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skillsHave a good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practiceBe a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholdersAbility to manage change successfully in a way that prioritises the needs of service usersUnderstand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguardsWhat we will give to you:25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each years’ servicePaid ‘Wellness’ hour each week along with a ‘Wellness’ hub and Employee Assist ProgrammeContributory pension schemeA great selection of benefits incl. discounts for shopping, cinema, holidays, etc.A friendly and supportive teamTraining, career development & progression opportunitiesPlease ensure that when completing your application form and supporting statement, you reflect on the details outlined in the job description.
