One of the country’s most esteemed estates requires a commercially driven, attentive and most importantly livestock orientated individual to become their new Farm Manager. Taking immense pride in your work, you will form a collaborative environment which incorporates focus and drive within your team.

This business is moving into an exciting, transitional phase which will incorporate the Farm Managers experience and input to the highest detail.

To be successful:

• Proven background in Dairy Farm Management.

• Grassland Management expertise

• Be disciplined and attentive.

• Accustomed to managing teams.

• Excellent levels of stockmanship.

• Ability to diversify in different areas of the business.

• Proven capabilities of both herd and business management.

• Enthusiasm and collaborative approach.
