Hays are working exclusively with the NHS, assisting them in their recruitment of a Digital Project Administrator to join their Digital Projects team on a permanent basis. This is a remote working role, with very occasional travel to Manchester, Birmingham and / or London.
As a Digital Project Administrator, the role would involve supporting one of our existing Digital Project Managers across a range of Digital projects that are currently in the process of being rolled out across the wider org. Daily tasks will be varied, but will include:
• Scheduling & attending project meetings as and when required, taking accurate notes, actions and distributing to relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting with Digital communications
• Developing relationships with senior stakeholders around the business and externally with suppliers and outside agencies.
• Ensuring project management methods and good governance are maintained and applied across the full project lifecycle
This will be varied role, and we're really looking for someone with excellent administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and professional knowledge of working in a project orientated environment.
We can offer
• Starting salary of up to £28,000, depending on relevant experience
• 20% pension - 10% non-contributory pension, with the option for the employee to contribute up to 10% more
• 27 days annual leave + Bank holidays, raising to 30 days + bank hols
• 37hr working week.
• Remote working (HQ in Birmingham)
