Role Overview: You’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion, working closely with senior team members and clients. You’ll play a critical role in delivering innovative design solutions while managing project timelines and budgets. Expect exposure to a diverse range of projects, from bespoke residential homes to urban commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with the firm’s high standards of design.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- ARB-registered Architect with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience leading residential or commercial projects.
- Strong technical ability, particularly in Revit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
