The ideal candidate:

MDE is seeking an organised and personable individual with an ambition to build a career in renewables and a desire to form part of a high-impact team. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate projects efficiently and be dedicated to delivering carbon and energy savings to an esteemed clientele. They will excel in forging relationships with clients, installers, and suppliers, ensuring seamless installations and exceptional customer service throughout every phase, from pre-install to post-sales support. Alongside project management, the successful candidate will provide crucial support to various office-based operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has attuned organisational and client management skills, as well as someone looking to spearhead their career in renewables and join an organisation at the forefront of the energy transition!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creation and delivery of project documentation
  • Support for Operations team from design to installation
  • Management of work diary and paperwork for site installations
  • Preparation of reports and client proposals
  • Office management including reception, telephone, CRM updates, and general support for colleagues

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in engineering/energy industry
  • Proven competence dealing with administrative, organisational tasks
  • Excellent communicator and thrives in a busy environment
  • Passion for renewables!
  • Working knowledge of Xero / Hubspot would be a bonus
