Key Responsibilities
- Effective administrative assistance to projects, utilizing project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
- In the planning and organizing of operational meetings, agile ceremonies and events.
- The reporting of key project metrics, using tools including Tableau and Jira.
- Project management tools to support and promote efficient project delivery.
- Opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, across the area and support in defining best practices.
- And drive the implementation of Agile processes, tools and techniques.
Must have Skills:
- of working in a project support / coordinator role, ideally in an electrical, or engineering environment.
- or knowledge of the ‘Agile’ project management framework.
- of change management or driving process improvement.
- ability to learn how to differentiate between the project management and technical content elements of the role.
- be dependable, results-driven, with a customer-first mindset.
- ability to communicate at all levels and convey complex ideas.
- be an effective team player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
- in Microsoft software and experience in use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- ability to respond to change and adapt to change in priorities.
