They define the project, build a comprehensive work plan, and then managing to the budget. The core function will be to collaborate with other functions within the business to implement new projectsCompany Benefits:25 days holiday plus BirthdayCritical health coverHealth insuranceDeath in service coverFree onsite parkingPermanent role from day 1Skills:Excellent written & verbal communication skillsExcellent competency levels in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.Demonstratable Project Management experience within a Mechanical and/or Electrical Manufacturing environment.Ability to manage multiple projects, of varying complexity levels, and at various maturity stages.Formal Project Management qualificationProduct knowledge in Electrical Control Cabinets and/or Electro-mechanical assemblies.Competency in Microsoft Sharepoint.Duties:Working towards performance targets and deadlinesConstructing and adhering to project plan.Good understanding of project management software tools.The ability to construct project plans with multiple variables.Attend morning SQCDP meetings and further daily communication meetings as a member of the team to ensure their understanding of targets and objectives.Escalate relevant issues to the Engineering Manager.Liasing with other departmentsEnsure that projects adhere to customer expectations, provide clear accurate responses to Customer Concerns in a professional and timely manner.Report any quality concerns to their line manager and actively seek to improve quality whilst carrying out their dutiesManage allocated budget to support the company’s objectivesAccountable for the project planProviding accurate project progress on a weekly basisAdvocate for the customer and uphold the promised delivery date.Keep customers and systems fully updated on any delays and expected planned dates.Coordinate with leadership and other departments to address exceptions.Maintain company standards, promote Company values, standards, policies and procedures.Follow and uphold Company policies and proceduresHours of work:08:00– 17:45 (Monday – Thursday)08:00 – 12:00 (Friday)Salary:£40000 per yearIf you are interested in this role, please apply online or call (phone number removed) to speak Jodie
