Project Engineer (Power Transformers) - Surrey (Flexible & Hybrid) - Permanent

TGRC is working with a leading global supplier of high voltage power transformers who have project experience in over 70 countries. Due to securing significant substation contracts with a market leading utilities company, they are looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in Surrey.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead technical communications and discussions with customers across the entire business value chain, using your technical skills for tendering, sales, project execution, and after-sales services.
2. Provide technical support to sales and project management departments during tender and quotation processes in order to secure orders.
3. Coordinate with the factory to order design drawings and prepare technical documentation according to customer specifications.
4. Clarify technical questions from customers and direct them to the factory and project managers.
5. Review technical documentation, such as Design Review documents, mechanical drawings, schematic drawings, and test reports.
6. Consult with the factory to ensure that technical documentation aligns with customer requirements and recommend any necessary revisions.
7. Ensure that results and deliverables are delivered to customers on time.
8. Participate in the investigation of technical issues on-site and contribute to the establishment of procedures and corrective actions.
