POSITION: Project Finance Senior Solicitor (7 years PQE)
SECTOR: Energy & Infrastructure Finance
LOCATION: Edinburgh, London

QC Legal are excited to have partnered with a top tier multinational law firm to offer qualified finance lawyers with at least 7 years PQE who have experience in Project Finance. You will be joining a top flying team to deliver excellent results for the firm with a reputation for success.
ROLE
- You will be involved in a wide range of top tier and high value project and finance work, including development and financing of new energy and infrastructure projects and refinancings, operational support and M&A relating to those projects, as well as other energy efficiency and low carbon advisory mandates.
- You will be acting for a number of UK and international banks, renewable energy developers, oil and gas/energy companies, infrastructure funds, private equity and utilities.
- This is a transactional role, with a large amount of client contact and the opportunity to specialise in a strategic and diverse industry sector.
REQUIREMENTS
- England & Wales qualified lawyer.
- 7+ years PQE
- Demonstrated experience in energy & infrastructure.
- Commercially aware with strong technical knowledge.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Well-organised with good project management skills.
