Business Analyst
London - 2 days a week
Salary up to £60,000.00
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining our business processes and functions. Collaborating closely with both business and development teams, you'll contribute to IT transformation projects, particularly focusing on Business Systems. Your responsibilities will include delivering clear and detailed business requirements, analysing key processes, and producing comprehensive documentation. Additionally, you will develop plans and proposals for implementing necessary changes and improvements, while also supporting and enhancing existing standards.
Experience:
- Experience working with diverse systems across various areas of retail enterprise, including HR and Finance Systems.
- Proven track record in Change Transformation projects.
- Proficiency in mapping out complex system processes.
- Must have experience with RFP's for business systems.
- Exceptional communication skills at all organisational levels, both internally and externally.
