Are you an existing Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within agency who loves delivery and wants to focus on Project Management? I’m working with an outstanding global integrated agency that is looking for a talented Project Manager with a passion for delivering stand-out marketing/advertising campaigns. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Solihull 3 days per week, salary will DOE (my client is happy for salary to be provided on application and can flex on salary dependant on seniority and value alignment) 28 days holiday, enhanced pension contributions, core hours of 10am-4pm, life assurance, tailored learning and development programmes and much more.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be handling multiple projects to ensure quality and efficiency of delivery. Managing the campaigns from start to finish, you will be the lynchpin bringing the whole project together, working closely with all disciplines and agency partners. You will be client-facing, with ownership and responsibility for timings, scope of work, staffing plans, budgets and logistics, becoming the trusted face of delivery. You will refine processes and procedures and become the backbone of every project.
About You
- Experience with the delivery of multi-channel campaigns and projects, ideally within agency
- Ability to contribute to the development and execution of creative work
- Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and solution focused
- Well organised and efficient
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Knowledge of both online and offline production
- Financial / budgetary experience
- Ideally have team management experience, or the desire to line manage
