We are looking for a full-time Onshore Project Manager to join our busy Operations team on a permanent basis reporting to the Senior Onshore Project Manager.

The Project Manager will ensure full technical project management support is provided to our projects through the Operations and Assets departments and to guarantee all projects are delivered safely and efficiently, whist maintaining contractual deliverables.

- Support crewing department in identification, management and crew change planning for offshore personnel
- Support the recruitment and selection of personnel for the Operations Department as required
- Direct liaison with Managers/Supervisors of project services (Procurement / Assets / HR).
- Review DPR's, manage man days tracking and project spreadsheets to ensure all correct for invoicing purposes
- To be conversant with all items and conditions of the Project both technically and commercially and to have a full understanding of the scope of work.
- Implementation, control and monitoring of overall Safety and Quality Assurance in all Project related activities as per ROVOP IMS.
- Preparation of the internal monthly reporting and external where required.
- Identify and manage all Business Risks and Opportunities
- Ensuring variations between actual costs and budget are monitored and controlled.
- Identifying and initiating any variations towards the Client or approve/reject variations from third parties on the basis of the contract T&C's.
- Liaise with the Client and ensure that project meetings are held with relevant personnel as required.
- Plan, manage and attend project worksites, including mobilisations and de-mobilisations
- Ensure technical support is provided to projects through Operations and Assets department
- Encourage any technical developments or suggestions that will enhance the overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all aspects of project administration and operations fulfil the Contract requirements and are conducted in a safe, efficient and profitable manner.

- Advise and assist commercial department with tender opportunities

- Support development of offshore personnel including personal appraisals
-Comprehensive briefing of project offshore personnel and associated responsibilities
-Manage equipment preparation to meet project requirements, including premob audits/certification
