We are looking for a HVAC Project Manager to join our growing client North of Birmingham to manage projects from concept to completion.
*This role DOES NOT provide sponsorship*
Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
Car Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC projects from concept to completion – manage project timelines, budgets, resources etc.
- Conduct site visits to assess requirements and troubleshoot any issues prior to the project starting
- Oversee subcontractors to complete installations
- Running multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment and installation practices is essential
Key Attributes:
- 5 years+ in HVAC Project Management
- Experience in Office fit out, retail, shop fit out or leisure fit outs ideal – Cat A or Cat B
- 95% of projects are in London with travel to other UK cities and locations required
- Mechanical Building Services degree ideal or similar
