The Role Summary:
- As the Project Manager, your role will be responsible for management of multiple projects.
- Primary responsibility is for leadership and collaboration with Project Principals and Project Architects working with specific client and the success of the project
- Administer all phases of project through construction including budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, construction documents
- Have the experience and authority to direct and monitor all project activities
Skills Summary Required for the Role:
- Experience and knowledge of project design process, construction documentation, programming, space planning furniture specifications and materials and finishes
- Understand project financial management and contract administration including project budgeting, scheduling and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of UK contracts and appointments (RIBA, JCT, NEC)
- Revit knowledge is useful with managing projects using BIM
- Direct, mentor and coordinate work efforts of project team
- Professional degree in Architecture
- ARB or RIBA registered
- Minimum 7 years Post Qualifications with minimum 3 years Project Management experience
