Job Title: Project Manager:

Location: London, City.

Our client, an award winning commercial property agency, are looking for a Project Manager to join their Central London office. This is a great opportunity to manage and develop prestigious cultural and heritage projects and consultancy services for their clients.

As Project Manager you will report directly into the Senior Project Manager and be responsible for individual projects commensurate with your discipline and experience. You will have a thorough understanding of specialist areas and be able to carry out all tasks and projects based on the most appropriate methodology e.g. the RIBA Plan of Work, Prince 2, OGC Framework etc. It is expected that you take ownership and demonstrate leadership whilst also paying close attention in carrying out all work.

You will also possess excellent Technical skills, with the ability to carry out projects based on acuity works and have strong contract administration skills. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate will strong and demonstrable experience Value management, risk management, change, planning and programming and commercial experience.

The ideal candidate will be a member of a relevant body e.g. RICS, ICE, MechEn, ElecEng, CIOB etc. The position offers a very competitive base salary, excellent OTE and a generous package.
