Project ManagerJob-Role:As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of a construction project is priced, planned, and organised prior to breaking ground. This requires a great deal of organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills as well as a strong ability to interpret documentation.This includes the ability to analyse complex tender documentation and pricing schedules, as well as work efficiently with colleagues, councillors, and partners at all levels. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst also prioritising tasks and remaining organised to ensure successful completion of projects.Strong Interpersonal and communication skills will be vital in the role as you build relationships with sub-contractors, architects, surveyors, engineers, clients, and other members of the construction team. With these skills, you will effectively lead projects from initial enquiry with the Business Development Manager, through to tender submission and through to ensuring safety, quality and efficiency throughout the entire process.
