Project Manager/Business Analyst _____________________ __________________________________________________________________ Location: UK-Hybrid Role Hire Type: Full-time Vertical: Financial Markets _______________________________________________________________________________________ Role Summary eClerx is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst with experience in Listed Derivatives to join our team. Candidates should have experience working as PM and BA in the past and proven capabilities to manage large complex projects for a large Investment Bank Key Responsibilities Supporting the Legal Entity migration project, acting as a central point of contact on behalf of the operations team. Act as the project managers coordinating with various business stakeholders, technology teams and end users to define the roadmap, agreeing the ETAs, tracking progress and escalating if required Co-ordinate internal testing and work with F2B stakeholders to ensure all delivery timelines are met Participate and represent Listed Derivatives in internal meetings across each of the IB work streams. Work with global teams to articulate and manage Listed Derivatives processes Participate and represent in various external meetings and coordinate with FIS and other industry service providers. Feedback and follow up on actions with global teams and internal stakeholders including FO/Legal Work with F2B stakeholders (Trade Management/IT/PM) to manage the downstream impact of further upstream systemic changes/enhancements Work with legal and FO to support new enhancements and industry feedback Document requirements and create user stories Create UAT test cases and project plan Execute test cases and report defects Eligibility Requirements Experience in Listed Derivatives is preferred Investment Banking experience in Operations Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work in intraday cut off scenario Strong control mindset, analytical skills and high degree of accuracy is required Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills Preferable, but not essential - Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting #LI-JF1
