Job Description Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, including forecasting and tracking project costs, resources, and timelines.Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, scheduling, site coordination, and quality control.Provide proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making to address project challenges and ensure successful project delivery.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.Mentor and support project team members, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Staff, to foster professional growth and development.Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence at all times.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
